We will make a daily allowance of :

14 Units of electricity per day for the entire property ( not per person )

Plus

3 litres of oil per day for the entire property ( again not per person )

All additional units consumed will be charged at the following rates ( these rates will be monitored and adjusted as needed during these times )

Prior to your arrival we will take the meter readings and advise you of this.

On departure these will again be taken and any amounts over the allowance will be charged as follows

Oil = 0.90p per litre

Electricity day rate = 74.288p per unit

Electricity night rate = 54.854p per unit

should you need charging for an electric vehicle there are charging points at Tesco in Porthmadog

Cleaning

from booking placed from 1st October 2022 a £55.00 surcharge will be charged per stay for booking made for less than 7 nights
